Terms & Conditions – Lancashire Language Academy

• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Lancashire Language Academy or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Lancashire Language Academy reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving, or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at the provided contact details.
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing purposes, and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number.
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid-for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
• We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to personal circumstances.
• If a session is cancelled due to bad weather or staff illness, parents will be notified by email and either a make-up session will be offered or a refund for that session will be issued.
• All students are asked to use the hand sanitising station upon entering the classroom to help protect the class teacher and fellow students.
